Voyage to the Sea of Galilee, Western Wall, Masada, Dead Sea & more on an 8-day, adults-only Platinum DreamTrip with overnight stays in Tel Aviv, Ginosar & Jerusalem.

About Your Trip

Make everlasting memories as you travel to Israel, a place of remarkable history dating 2,000 years. Can you imagine visiting one of the world’s oldest cities, one of the most famous mosaics and some of the most religiously revered places on earth? Well, you’re about to! Pack your camera and get ready for a fully-escorted adults-only Platinum DreamTrip, featuring the very best of Israel, from outstanding natural scenery and fascinating cultural heritage to sacred religious sites.

Your unforgettable adventure begins in Tel Aviv, followed by Ginosar and Jerusalem. Along the way, you’ll travel through a very diverse yet beautiful landscape of mountain ranges, rocky plateaus, deserts and lakes to the lowest point on earth. Walk in the footsteps of Jesus Christ, including the place he delivered the Sermon on the Mount, the location of the Last Supper, the site of his baptism and where he took his last steps. Visit other spiritually significant places such as Capernaum (home of Jesus and Peter), Zippori (birthplace of Mary) and Bethlehem (birthplace of Jesus). During your extensive tour, you’ll have an opportunity to attend masses at churches like the Church of Annunciation, the place where the angel Gabriel appeared to Mary to tell her of her conception.

Your journey includes other bucket-list experiences including floating in the Dead Sea, cruising the Sea of Galilee, riding in a cable car to the clifftop of Masada and seeing the ancient Dead Sea Scrolls.

What we love:
• You’ll visit Tabgha on the Sea of Galilee, the place where Jesus fed 5,000 people with 5 loaves of bread and 2 fish, known as the miracle of the multiplication.
• Within the Old City of Jerusalem — a UNESCO World Heritage site — you'll find the Church of the Holy Sepulchre (site of Jesus’ crucifixion and burial), Western Wall (Wailing Wall) and Dome of the Rock.
• Arab bazaars offer everything from fruit and souvenirs to artwork.
• To maximize your enjoyment, download the DreamTrips™ app to access DreamTrips Local — then earn points on dining, entertainment, spa experiences & more at select spots recommended by DreamTrippers just like you!

Destination

Located on the Mediterranean, trendy Tel Aviv, Israel, is a beach-lover’s paradise with no shortage of cultural attractions, art and world-class nightlife options. Its oldest neighborhood is Jaffa — the original port city out of which it developed — and HaKirya is the headquarters of the Israeli Defense Forces.

Ginosar is an Israeli kibbutz, a community originally based on local fishing and agriculture. The kibbutz is on the western banks of the Sea of Galilee with views of the water and lush greenery. Ginosar has historic and religious significance: During a severe drought in 1986, an ancient fishing boat dating back to the 1st century A.D. was discovered buried in the northwest shore of the sea. Now known as the Sea of Galilee Boat, it is housed in the Yigal Alon Museum in Ginosar. In addition to the Sea of Galilee, nearby tourist attractions include Tiberius, the Golan Heights and the Jordan Valley.

Jerusalem is the stunningly vibrant capital of Israel, and is highly revered as a holy city in Judaism, Christianity and Islam. The city draws well over 3.5 million annual visitors, thanks to its abundant artistic, cultural and historical significance as one of the oldest cities in the world.
